Lutheran HealthCare's Patient Financial and Billing Service Department is available to answer any questions you may have about your bill or health insurance. Patient Accounts provides information and assistance to patients who need help understanding their insurance plans as well as government entitlement programs such as Medicaid, Child Health Insurance and disability benefits.
If you have insurance, Lutheran will bill your insurance company directly. We also offer reduced fees and financial assistance to patients who have concerns about their health coverage or who do not have health insurance and meet certain eligibility requirements. Our financial counselors are available to assist you with any situation you are facing. You may receive assistance by calling one of the numbers listed below, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
