Patient Representatives

The hospital experience can be confusing for patients and their families.  Lutheran Medical Center wants every patient to have a positive experience.  The Patient Relations Department is available to help with issues, concerns or questions that your doctors and nurses cannot help you with. The Patient Relations Department can help you at those times.  Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and in the evenings, you can talk with a supervisor by calling the hospital operator.

For more information, please call 718-630-73010
