||Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and the VP, Physician Services, the Clinical Data Analyst will be responsible for integrating data and information feeds (into/out of LMC) for various software systems, with a focus on the Quality/Cost Alignment of the Medical Staff and the Hospital Operations/Finance. The Manager will maintain reporting for the AMS, SPARCS, Quadramed, Crimson, among other databases, which includes data received from both internal and external resources. The Analyst will be responsible for assembling data sources, configuring reports and conducting analyses for use by various internal constituencies (e.g., Gain Sharing Steering Committee; Physician Compensation, etc.). The Clinical Data Analyst will also be responsible for conducting presentations to present their findings. The Analyst will interact with leadership, physicians, outside vendors, consultants, etc., and will represent LHC in many venues, internally and externally. The Analyst will also develop data collection tools, maintain quality databases and perform statistical analyses and presentations.
•Minimum of 5 years comparable experience including conducting Data/Statistical analysis, preferably in Healthcare or Medical related field required.
•Statistical software/presentations programs, E clinical works, Vista, Crimson, Excel, PowerPoint and Access required, preferable at expert level.
EDUCATION: BACHELORS REQUIRED
•Advance degree preferred.
•Experience with SQL, VBA, Data mining and Data conversion preferred.
•Highly meticulous / detail orientated.
•Must have excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
