LHC AND HARVEST HOME OFFICIALLY OPEN LUTHERAN LANE FARMER'S MARKET
July 16, 2010, Brooklyn, NY
Lutheran HealthCare and Harvest Home Farmer's Markets officially marked the opening of the second annual farmer's market on Lutheran Lane today. For the second year in a row, the LHC Farmer's Market will offer fresh fruits, vegetables, seasonal baked goods, ethnic products, and more from New York area farmers. To better meet the needs of all of Lutheran's neighbors, the market is approved to redeem most meal and benefit programs like WIC Farmer's Market, EBT and Senior's Farmer's Market.
The market will be open every Thursday until Thanksgiving, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Lutheran Lane (55th Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenues).
