LUTHERAN'S AUGUSTANA CENTER FOR EXTENDED CARE AND REHAB TO HOST JEFF SAMAHA PRODUCTIONS' PERFORMANCE OF SHOUT!
A celebration of 60's music
January 24, 2011, Brooklyn, NY…Augustana is proud to host Jeff Samaha Theatre Productions, in association with The Ridge Corale, as they perform SHOUT! A Celebration of the 60's on January 28 at 7:30 p.m. Augustana Center for Extended Care and Rehabilitation is located at 5434 Second Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.
Directed and conducted by Jeff Samaha and produced by Karen Tadross, SHOUT! A Celebration of the 60's, flips through the years like a musical magazine and takes you back to the music, the fashion and the freedom of that time. The performance will feature new arrangements of classic hits such as "To Sir With Love," "Downtown," "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me," "Son of A Preacher Man," and "Goldfinger."
The Samaha Vocal Ensemble and Orchestra is a not-for-profit organization, celebrating their 40th year performing for the Bay Ridge community. Donations of $10 are suggested to fund future performances at Augustana. For more information, contact Kathy Petrillo at 718-630-6113.
