LFHC HOSTS BROOKLYN-CHINESE FAMILY HEALTH CENTER DONOR APPRECIATION AND COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE
WHO/WHAT: Lutheran Family Health Centers (LFHC) will host a donor appreciation and community open house to officially mark the opening of its newest family health center. The ceremony will be hosted by Rev. Samuel Fook Wong, president, Sunset Park Health Council, Inc., and Larry K. McReynolds, executive director, LFHC, and will be attended by Kings County District Attorney Charles J. Hynes, key community leaders, elected officials, and the site's lead donors.
Construction on the new Brooklyn-Chinese Family Health Center began in October 2010. Twice the size of its predecessor, the new site offers substantially more clinical space. The new center features ten exam rooms, a rehabilitation gym, a dental area with four dental chairs, medical offices and conference rooms.
