LUTHERAN MEDICAL CENTER UNVEILS TWO NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART AMBULANCES
July 11, 2008, Brooklyn, New York…LMC officially launched into service its latest high tech ambulance units at a special unveiling ceremony attended by EMS workers and members of Lutheran's executive staff.
The new units include the latest state-of-the-art lifesaving technology and the newest computer equipment. They also include a new GPS tracking system to allow citywide 911 dispatchers to track units in the field and provide the most rapid response to 911 calls. The LMC EMS team primarily covers southwest Brooklyn but is ready to respond at a moment's notice wherever and whenever needed throughout New York City.
