LUTHERAN HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCES 130TH ANNUAL DINNER DANCE
Honorees include Lena Dunham, creator, director, writer and star of HBO's "Girls"; Kevin Lobo, president and chief executive officer, Stryker Corporation; and Pierre ZalZal, M.D., Lutheran Medical Center
January 30, 2013, Brooklyn, NY…Lutheran HealthCare and its Board of Trustees today announced details for the 130th Annual Dinner Dance. The black-tie affair will honor Lena Dunham, creator, director, writer and star of HBO's "Girls"; Kevin Lobo, president and chief executive officer, Stryker Corporation; and Pierre Zalzal, M.D., Lutheran Medical Center. For the fifth year, this event will be emceed by Michael Gargiulo, WNBC anchor.
In addition to raising much needed funds, the event celebrates Lutheran's 130-year legacy of providing quality care to the communities of Brooklyn and highlights special individuals who have made contributions to Lutheran and the patients we serve.

WHY: The annual dinner dance is Lutheran's primary fundraiser. Proceeds from this year's event will be used to renovate and expand Lutheran Medical Center's Mental Health Emergency Department.
