Combining expertise and clinical skills with compassion, the nursing staff is responsible for coordinating care and advocating for our patients and their families. Our nursing leadership team subscribes to evidence-based clinical care and management practices, and believes that professional accountability and job satisfaction are fostered through effective communication, inclusive governance and decentralized decision-making.
