The Community Care Organization, Inc. (CCO, Inc.), an affiliate of Lutheran HealthCare was established in 1984, as a not-for-profit home care program. CCO, Inc. is licensed by the Department of Health and accredited by the Joint Commission. It provides care to the frail elderly, ill, handicapped or convalescing individuals with high quality personal care and support services that will allow them to remain in their home or make a smooth transition to an alternative care setting.
