The Family Physician Family Health Center has been serving the Sunset Park community for more than 20 years, offering preventive and comprehensive health care, as well as specialty services to family members of all ages.
The center is the home of Lutheran HealthCare Family Practice Residency Training Program. Along with training in family medicine, the curriculum introduces residents to cross cultural health care, alternative medicine and osteopathic manipulation.
Together our team of health care providers and our multi-cultural support staff are available to assist you and your family through all stages of the life cycle.
