The Shore Road Family Health Center offers preventive and comprehensive health care as well as specialty services for family members of all ages. Services are provided by a health team of family physicians and physician assistants.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Tuesday  and Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
